Steven M Davis

Steven M Davis is the Director of Flight Operations and one of the co-founders of Influential Drones. He is a retired dentist, an FAA Certified Flight Instructor CFI/I/MEI, an avid commercial pilot with over 25 years of aviation experience and a proud owner of a beautiful PA30 C Twin Comanche. 

He has instructed pilots of all levels, from beginners, to those with cabin class twins. He has helping many receive their initial certification and others to maintain their currency and proficiency. Dr Davis has various endorsements and FAA ratings: commercial, instrument, tailwheel, seaplane, multi engine and UAS. Steve is the chief supervisor/RPIC for Influential Drones agricultural operations (14 CFR Part 137). 

Steve is adventurous, disciplined and honest. He is an accomplished martial arts black belt, ballroom dancer, biologist/chemist who strives to maintain a healthy life style. Steve has a keen eye for photography, enjoys graphic arts, and video post-production editing.

Steve is a member of the FAASTeam (FAA Safety Team), where he is recognized as a CFI, representative and a DronePro. He is active in non-profit activities, especially the “Pilots N’ Paws” organization, as well as other organizations that involve aviation history and animals.
