Refund policy
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition received. This includes all included components and accessories. Returns are voided if any product packaging is opened, any of the boards are tampered with or if a Purchaser installs or modifies any parts/pieces of their products. Original packaging must be included, and returned in As-New Conditions. Crushed corners, compression or other damage is cause for penalty. Eligibility of returns is within 30-days of product delivery.
CHANGE OF MIND
If a customer has placed an order online and then changes their mind prior to the item being shipped, a 5% transaction fee applies but the remaining 95% of the cost of goods will be refunded to the customer with immediate effect. If the item has already shipped to the customer, the regular return rules outlined below apply.
RETURN RESTOCKING FEE
Influential Drones by company policy only sells 'New In the Box' products. When the company accepts a return it is an attempt to maintain a relationship with the customer. On such occasions when a New in the Box Item is returned, a Return Fee of $50 for each returned item will be applied. All product returns must include their original box or packaging, and all original accessories, cables, manuals, packaging material, etc. Influential Drones does not offer prepaid return shipping labels or refundable shipping costs for unopened product returns.
VALUATION OF OPEN BOX ITEMS
Platforms which have been previously flown or show any signs of use will not be accepted. Custom setup equipment and all enterprise platform sales are final and non-returnable.
EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL
On rare occasions, a product sold by Influential Drones arrives to a customer with a defect or DOA (Dead on Arrival), meaning that the hardware product shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If a product has been received and shows symptoms of being defective or DOA, the customer must submit a return request by email to info@influentialdrones.com within 10 days following a confirmed delivery. Defective/DOA items will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Influential Drones for the same model or the manufacturer's equivalent model. Following this period, all warranty requests must be directed to the manufacturer. Influential Drones will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns on DOA items following the acceptance of the customer's return request.
CUSTOMER NOTICE
After contacting Influential Drones for a return, the customer can expect to receive a notice in the form of an email or phone call. The communication will include acceptance or rejection of the return and include the refund amount.

"Open Box"
Refund to Customer = ((Product Price + (Related: S/H + Tax)) - (Product Depreciation + *Restocking Fee))
"Broken Item"
Refund to Customer = Nothing
* NOTE: Only the business owners can override this cost to the customer.
RETURN OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
The open box return of electronic equipment: sUAS, Controllers, Intelligent Batteries, and Tablets are not eligible for refund. We will gladly accept anything unopened. Open box items are depreciated and difficult to sell.

Step 1: Is to notify Influential Drones by phone call or email
Step 2: Receive return shipment instructions.
Step 3: Bring the product to a mail or shipment carrier
Step 4: Wait, while Influential Drones performs an Evaluation
Step 5: Wait, until Notified by Influential Drones of a Determination
Step 6: When a refund has been approved, hen your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable certain amount of days,

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mgmt@influentialdrones.com.
SALES / DISCOUNTED ITEMS (if applicable)
When a discount or refund is provided to a customer, that amount will be calculated in the return.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by Influential Drones, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for returning the item and paying their own own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Prior to shipment, customers should contact Influential Drones to confirm the appropriate address.

In an effort to maintain a good working relationship, sometimes cost will be absorbed by Influential Drones. In other cases, the company may decide to include the cost for return purchase as an additional amount into the approved credit.
PATIENCE
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
