What is the relationship between Anzu and Aloft? Anzu Robotics partners with Aloft (formerly Kittyhawk) to deliver secure and quality drone solutions. Aloft provides the Air Control app for drone operation, data storage, and advanced features in its enterprise version.

Are the Raptor-series drones subject to geofencing? No, Raptor-series drones do not impose geofencing restrictions. Users are responsible for complying with local regulations, and the Air Control app assists in obtaining airspace approvals and maintaining compliance records.

Do I have to register to enable LAANC authorization through the enterprise Air Control app? Yes, registration is required to associate a pilot with flight permissions and obtain LAANC authorizations.

How are firmware updates done on the Raptor-series drones? Firmware updates are conducted over the air from your controller and are only forced if critical for safety.

Do Anzu Robotics products have a Software Development Kit (SDK) available? Anzu Robotics is open to collaboration on software integrations. 

REPAIR WARRANTY

What is the Anzu Care program? The Anzu Care program offers one year of protection for new drones, covering accidental damage and providing repair services, replacement units, and technical support.

What is covered in the Anzu Care program? Coverage includes accidental damage such as collisions and water damage. The first year of coverage ensures fast repairs or replacements and expert technical support.

Is it possible to extend the Anzu Care coverage beyond the initial year? No, the Anzu Care coverage is only valid for the first year. Repairs and replacements after the first year are conducted outside the Care program.

What is the warranty period for the Raptor-series drones? The warranty period is one year from the purchase date. Registration is required to validate the warranty.

Do I need to register my drone for the warranty to be valid? Yes, registration and proof of purchase are required to make any warranty claims.

Where are Anzu Robotics products serviced? Repairs are conducted by certified service centers within the drone ecosystem. Anzu Robotics remains responsible for customer satisfaction and may establish its own service center as the user base grows.
