Train-the-Trainer courses provide participants with essential training techniques, methodologies, and best practices needed to educate others. Coaching of students is performed by experienced instructors. Participants learn how to facilitate group discussions, explain course material, handle challenging situations, adapt their teaching approach to meet the needs of different learning styles and assess learning outcomes. Organizations which invest in Train-the-Trainer instruction empower staff members to deliver training internally, reducing their reliance on external trainers and consultants. Space is limited. To successfully complete this training students must attend both days. Participants must have obtained a public COA or P107 certification and bring their own drone equipment with fully charged power system that is RID-enabled, airworthy and registered. Digital credential will be issued upon completion. Students are expected to be proficient in flying their platform of choice, as drone familiarization is not an intended part of this class.
