DJI Care Refresh is an add-on service provided by the manufacturer. It provides two replacement units for a small additional charge to be used anytime within a one year from time of purchase.
DJI will replace your product when an accident occurs. Whether its from water damage, collision or any other reason. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability and cover a wide variety of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind.

For Mavic 2, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is $119, while the second replacement is $139. These fees are payable to DJI at the time of your claim.

Influential Drones as an Authorized Dealer, can sell the DJI Care plan to customers purchasing DJI drones. Care plans are specific to DJI models, each care plan is bound to a specific and unique DJI aircraft.
