DJI Care Refresh is a add-on coverage comprehensive warranty policy that will give you a peace of mind. Covers crashes, water damage, natural wear, and other accidental damage. Add-on coverage is intended to be purchased with the equipment when it is new. Coverage is specific to the air frame and bound to the serial number. Coverage can not be transferred to other aircraft.

FULL COVERAGE, HASSLE-FREE
Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, crashes, natural wear and other accidental damage. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to as-new condition.

FLYAWAY COVERAGE
Flyaway Coverage is only available for select DJI products. When the policy includes coverage for a specific aircraft, should it fly away, your covered!

Step 1: Synchronize flight records,
Step 2: report your missing aircraft,
Step 3: submit a claim.

WARRANTY PERIOD
The products coverage period is based on the purchase date of the DJI Care plan and the warranty of the product or related components.

EXPRESS SERVICE
To expedite the return process, select the "Express Option" for an additional fee.

After receiving your damaged product, DJI repair center would skip the damage assessment and quotation process, then ship a replacement product to you as soon as possible!


 

COVERAGE TYPES

  1. DJI Care Refresh (1 YR) = For an additional fee, up to two claims may be made during the coverage term.
  2. DJI Care Refresh (2 YR) = For an additional fee, up to three claims may be made during the coverage term. Exclusively includes: free two-way shipping, technical support expedited resolution, damaged parts replacement discount and more.

  3. DJI Care Refresh PLUS (1 YR) = Extend your Care Refresh Coverage or Component Warranty with the Care Refresh PLUS Consecutive Plan! For an additional fee, 1 claim may be made during the new extended coverage term. Policy includes: free shipping, express and priority service for 1 additional year! This offering is intended to complement the 1 YR plan, the 2 YR plan may not be extended. Eligibility requires at least 1 claim remaining unused, and the policy must be purchased prior to the expiration of the previous coverage.

  1. DJI Care Refresh (1 YR): 1st claim = $259; 2nd claim = $279
  2. DJI Care Refresh (2 YR): 1st claim = $259; 2nd claim = $269
  3. DJI Care Refresh PLUS (1 YR): 1st claim = $269.

DJI Care and DJI Care Refresh can be purchased if the product meets one of these criteria:

  1. Brand new and un-activated
  2. Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours
  3. Handheld device activated within the last 30 days
  4. Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation)


DJI Care Enterprise can be purchased if the product meets one of these criteria:

  1. Brand new and un-activated
  2. Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 72 hours
  3. Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation)


DJI Care Refresh PLUS and DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew can only be purchased when both:

  • DJI Care Refresh or DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew has not expired, and
  • DJI Care Refresh has at least one product replacement left.
