DJI Care Refresh is an add-on service provided by the manufacturer. It provides two replacement units for a small additional charge to be used anytime within a one year from time of purchase.

The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability and cover a wide variety of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind.
